Processes have been built around systems

A beacon in digital transformation
HIDAIA trains teams to work safely with AI, builds custom software and offers standard packages on subscription. For businesses and public organisations that want to go further than an advisory report.
Where organisations get stuck
Staff hold a fragmented landscape together with Excel, email and manual checks.
Management sees what has happened, but not what needs attention today.
There are plenty of ideas, but ownership, safety and a workable structure are missing.
We do not start with software. We start by understanding where the work really gets stuck.
Three ways to work with HIDAIA
It starts with people. Sometimes the gain lies in a team that learns to work better with AI, sometimes in custom software, sometimes in a standard package you subscribe to. Often it is a combination.
Bringing people along
Training on the use of AI, agentic working and shaping an AI operating model, for SMEs in every sector and for municipalities, public agencies and education. Practical, with a safety framework that suits your organisation.
Bespoke
Software that follows your way of working rather than the other way round. We first build and implement a working first version and build on from there, including integrations with the systems you already have.
On subscription
Standard packages that we offer on subscription and manage per sector: overarching systems such as a CRM, time tracking or a dashboard with data from your machines. Modular in design, so you only subscribe to the parts you use. Software of custom quality for a fixed monthly fee, without having to manage it yourself.
Bringing people along
One day in which your team learns the basics and then gets to work on its own tasks. What a language model is, how to work with it safely and how to set up an AI operating model. For SMEs in every sector, from manufacturing, construction and horticulture to trade and business services, and for municipalities, public agencies and education. With a separate session for management, and guidance afterwards.

Applications and portals that follow your process rather than the other way round. Quick to understand, pleasant to use, secure for customers, staff and suppliers, and prepared for further growth.
One up-to-date picture of what matters, from operations to the boardroom table.
Smart assistants, document extraction and workflows that take away manual work, with people at the helm.
Getting your existing systems to work together reliably: ERP, accounting, payments and APIs.
Your data remains yours, with privacy, control and EU hosting or your own infrastructure where needed.
A building model knows the dimensions, material and storey of each building element; a 3D assembly knows its own bill of materials; the NC files of a steel structure know every profile, every length and every hole; in a 2D drawing every block can be counted; and on a PDF you take measurements yourself, to scale. We extract that data and pass it on to estimating, purchasing and planning.
On subscription
Packages that we offer on subscription and manage per sector: a CRM, time tracking or a dashboard with data from your machines. Every package sits on the same base: login, roles and permissions, logging and management. On top of that you only subscribe to the modules you use. Software of custom quality for a fixed monthly fee, without having to manage it yourself.
Contacts · pipeline · quotes
From first contact to signed approval: contacts, pipeline, calendar and quotes with online approval. You do the invoicing in your ERP or accounting package. Based on the CRM we use ourselves every day.
Already built: our own CRM, in daily use; a CRM on top of the ERP of a nursery; a clickable design for a secondment agency.
Chargeable hours · timesheet · leave
For consultancy and secondment firms that track chargeable hours per customer and assignment, and for teams on the shop floor. Hours per project, a weekly timesheet with approval, leave and reporting. Records time, not behaviour.
Already built: an hours module with timesheet and approval in a CRM design for a secondment agency; a calculation tool for overtime for a trading company; a roster design for a clinic with three sites.
Status · production · OEE
Live status, production counters, downtime, OEE and energy, straight from the machine's controller. Reads only and does not control any machines.
Already built: a machine fleet dashboard for a manufacturer of cutting machines; temperature dashboards from measurement reports for a nursery; a live stock screen for greenhouses and warehouses.
All names and figures in the examples are made up. A pilot is possible.

We talk to the people, look at the process and determine where the most value lies.
You see in advance how the solution will work, in clickable screens and clear choices.
We deliver in short iterations. You test along with us and see tangible progress every week.
After go-live we keep improving, maintaining and taking responsibility.
Sovereignty
HIDAIA uses AI where it adds value, with clear limits for data, decision-making and infrastructure. AI mainly helps with building; your production data stays in your own environment.
From the shop floor
The people behind HIDAIA did not start from the bookshelf, but in practice.
Our experience ranges from logistics management and production planning, customer experience and customer journey to systems engineering, supply chain management, finance, governance and municipal government. That is why we look not only at the technology, but also at the process, the people and the organisation around it.
The name HIDAIA stands for guidance and the right course. Just as a beacon offers something to hold on to: visible, reliable and focused on the route ahead of you.

Frequently asked questions
No small print when it comes to software, data or working together.
HIDAIA remains the owner of the underlying platform and the reusable components. That is exactly why we can build faster and at a keener price: we do not reinvent the wheel every time. You get a working solution that is fully tailored to your processes, with clear agreements on use and further development.
You pay for the result and the use, not for rebuilding from scratch things we have already mastered.
No. Your data is and remains yours: exportable and, where possible, on your own infrastructure. We put continuity in writing. A takeover or escrow arrangement ensures that you are never left without your software, even if HIDAIA were to cease to exist.
The difference from a traditional custom software project is the price, not the certainty you have.
Three reasons together: we reuse proven components from our own platform, you talk directly to the builder without agency overhead, and AI is our lever when building. That saves hours, and we pass that saving on.
Yes, because we draw a sharp distinction between AI during building and AI at runtime.
AI during building is our default. Most business software, such as portals, dashboards, record-keeping and planning, is ordinary software that has been built faster with AI. The running tool stores and processes your data on your own infrastructure. The AI provider never sees your production data.
AI at runtime only with safeguards. Sometimes a tool needs AI in order to function, for example to summarise or classify text. In that case data flows to the AI provider with every use. We only do that with a data processing agreement, EU data residency and a no-training guarantee, or with a local model.
Rule of thumb: could a person have built the tool without AI as well? Then sensitive data should never end up with an AI provider.
With ordinary software: no. Data goes to your database on your server. The AI does not touch it. What we share with AI during building is context: structure, column names, dummy data and process descriptions. Never real personal data, credentials or trade secrets.
Only when a feature requires AI at runtime, and you consciously choose it, does data leave your environment. Exclusively with the safeguards above.
Because personal data stays on your own infrastructure and AI is used only during building, there is usually no transfer to an AI provider. If AI at runtime is needed after all, we arrange it properly: a valid legal basis, a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), EU data residency, data minimisation and a no-training guarantee.
