Standard package · on subscription

From first contact to approval. On one screen.

A CRM for smaller organisations without their own IT management: contacts, pipeline, calendar and quotes with online approval. You do the invoicing in your ERP or accounting package. You subscribe to the modules you use; we manage and update them.

Modular

Switch a module on or off and see what happens to the screen.

Every module is a switch, not a new project. Click through the menu, open a contact or a quote, and add quotes as soon as you need them. The base is always there.

Design principle: your contacts and contact persons are kept in your own environment, hosted in the European Union. AI helps only when you ask it to, for example to structure a dictated meeting note, and never sees more than that one note.

All names and figures in this example are made up.

02 — What each module does

Base plus four modules

Enough for a small team. No more than you use.

The base handles who may log in and what has happened. Every module on top of it does one thing well and works together with the rest.

03 — What we have already built

Anonymised

The components are already running.

Three systems this package is based on, without customer names. What is in use is in use; what is a design, we call a design.

We do not name customers on this site. In a conversation we show more, with the customer's permission.

04 — Principles

Set up in line with the GDPR

Your contacts are your capital. We act accordingly.

A CRM is full of personal data. These agreements apply to every package we offer on subscription and are set out in the data processing agreement.

05 — Works together with

One base

The same users, permissions and audit log for every package.

Packages work together because they sit on the same base. And whatever does not quite fit, we build to measure alongside.

06 — Practical

Subscription, pilot and switching

What you get, and what you arrange in advance.

Subscription
Per month, per package and per module. Management, updates, backups and hosting are included. No server or administrator of your own is needed.
Pilot
You try the package with a small team and your own data. Then you decide whether to continue and with which modules.
Set-up
Together in a few half-days: your team, your customer stages, your quote templates and your company details. You import contacts from an Excel file or your current package.
Accounting
You do the invoicing in your ERP or accounting package. We pass signed quotes on to it through an integration.
